Dear Lord, I call out to you through my emotional pain and ask you to break me free from the chains that bind my spirit! Lift me from the oppression crushing my soul! This pain, dear Lord, seems at times, too much to bear! So I cry to You, Oh Lord my God, in the name of your most precious son, Jesus Christ, for I know that nothing is impossible with God. For You are my hope; O Lord God, in you I trust. You alone are the source of my confidence. Without you I have no hope of ever getting any better. You are the source from which I get the strength to pray to you even now. Please help me Lord! I wait on You. You are my Savior through your Son, Jesus Christ! In you alone lies my salvation. Let Your Holy Spirit fill me with peace so I will no longer now such desolation. I open my heart to you, fill it with Your Holy Love and the ills of depression I will know no more. Amen
