Author has bi-polar disorder and suffers from hypo-manic attacks. This book is very interesting in that it's written by someone who's been there, done that!

Good book for both people with bi-polar (OLD name manic-depressive) disorder and their loved ones. Very easy to read. Lots of information - drugs, treatments, etc.

I haven't figured out if the author's names are a joke or what! But if my name was Candida, I'd change it ASAP!
